Embracing new technologies provides our clients with personalised, efficient service. We offer the choice of face to face meetings sometimes at clients’ homes or in our energy-efficient harbourside office, close to public transport links, and increasingly often via secure video-conference meeting. Video meetings are an easy way to conduct a meeting, all you need is a computer or smart device with a camera and you’re good to go. This enables us to work around our clients’ busy lives and provide an excellent service whilst helping them cut down on their carbon footprint.

One green technology is our secure client portal. This allows clients to login to track their financial assets and liabilities, a view a library containing recommendations, reports, newsletters and documents, all at a click of a button. Clients can also use the portal for storing their own important non-financial documents.

Recently, we have given clients the choice to sign 90% of their documents electronically. This simple, convenient and secure method of signing documents has the added benefit of reducing transport emissions, the use of stationery consumables, paper production emissions and of course wood consumption.

New technology is not for everyone and we are still able to accommodate individual preferences so that clients receive advice and communications in a more traditional manner.

We are passionate about helping clients put their financial and tax affairs in order while minimising the environmental impact of providing excellent customer service, even to the extent of offering free electric charging for clients who drive to our office.
