Reviews and Ratings for Financial adviser Robin Clarke, Brighton
Founder, Director, and Chartered Financial Planner

Robin Clarke

On the job

Robin began his career at a large high street bank, back when local branches were central to the community.

In 1997, after many years in banking, Robin decided it was time to leave. He felt disillusioned that the bank was losing its community feel. He decided to take a different path, becoming an Independent Financial Adviser, so he could focus on meeting the needs of his clients – not selling products. Over the next decade, he honed his knowledge and experience working with a number of firms in central London.

Now a Fellow and Chartered Financial Planner, Robin founded Bluecoat Wealth Management in 2007. His vision was to create a firm grounded in independence, integrity, and long-term relationships, helping individuals and families across Sussex and South East England. Bluecoat Wealth Management is also accredited as a firm of Chartered Financial Planners.

The name ‘Bluecoat’ reflects his commitment to giving back. It honours his old school, whose mission was to educate children from disadvantaged backgrounds – a value that still shapes his work today.

In Robin’s free time

Married to Wendy, Robin shares his home with their two English Lemon Setters, Jonny and Tess.

When at home, Robin can be found watching rugby, catching up with friends over good food and wine, or out on his motorcycle.
