In light of the Covid-19 Coronavirus outbreak, we have a well established continuity plan to ensure that there is minimal disruption to the service we provide to our clients.

Bluecoat already has a well established remote working system, and we will continue to deliver the service which our clients have always enjoyed. However, we will not be conducting face to face meetings, as a preventative measure to ensure the health and safety of our clients and the Bluecoat team.

Bluecoats video conference system enables us to provide meetings where ever our clients are in the UK while still receiving the personal face to face service they know and love.

A large number of our clients are already acquainted with the system; however, we have an easy to use guide ready to send to clients to help them get set up. Many different devices can be used to conduct the meeting, including smartphones, tablets, laptops and desktops. If you're not able or comfortable with conducting video conferencing meetings, we can administer a meeting by telephone.
